ISRO Shipping the first in country selling ferry ticket online...

ISRO Shipping Sdn. Bhd., was appoint to REIJI Service to do their online ferry ticket stating 23th May 2011. This service was to improve on their service from Labuan to Menumbok, Sabah vice versa and Labuan to Brunie D.S vice versa on daily trip.

The online sales was valid up to THREE (3) month in advance booking for both destination. This for convenient to the traveler plan their trip earlier. But we only received booking for 24hours before journey, if late than 24 hours please purchase your ticket at ferry terminal.
What the traveler do is;
1. Sent your particular to reijionlineservice@gmail.com
(Sent your name, identification number, date of your travel, class you request [1st class or economy] destination and bank in reference number)

2. Please make your ticket payment thru online or bank in deposit to :
    - Public Bank Berhad = 3985189621      or
    - Maybank Berhad = 115120015999

3. Once the complete info was sent to above address. We will sent back to your valid email address the online ticket within 24 hours.

4. Traveler just print out the ticket and show to ISRO Shipping staff at ferry terminal 45 minutes before departure time.

Rules & Regulations

• This ticket not transferable.
• This ticket non-refundable.
• The ticketing company was not responsible to any damages, miscellaneous, loss or any accident or incident to the passenger or carrier including baggage and cargo before, during and after the journey.
• The ticketing company will not responsible for any changes, delay or cancellation of the journey.
• The carrier company and ticketing company will not responsible to any cargo content or baggage content of passenger before, during and after the journey
• The carrier company and ticketing company will not accept any changes, delay or amendment by passenger request after issuing ticket.
• Other terms and condition is applied base on current company rules, Malaysian Marines Law and Malaysian Constitution Law.

Ferry Schedule & Fares


1. Labuan to Menumbok, Sabah
    Daily - 0830am & 0230pm
    Fare : Adult = RM 12.00/trip/person
              Senior Citizen (50 years old above) = RM 7.00/trip/person
              Children (6 - 12 years old ) = RM 7.00/trip/person
              Young Children (1 day old - 5 years old) = FREE

2. Menumbok, Sabah to Labuan
    Daily - 1000am & 0400pm

    Fare : Adult = RM 11.50/trip/person

              Senior Citizen (50 years old above) = RM 6.50/trip/person

              Children (6 - 12 years old ) = RM 6.50/trip/person

              Young Children (1 day old - 5 years old) = FREE

3. Labuan to Brunei Darussalam

    Daily - 0900am (on request only) 

                1200pm (confirm trip daily)

    Fare : Adult = RM 40.00/trip/person (First Class)

                           RM 35.00/trip/person (Economy Class)

              Children = RM 20.00/trip/person

4. Brunei Darussalam to Labuan

    Daily - 0330pm

    Fare : Adult = RM 56.00/trip/person (First Class)

                           RM 46.00/trip/person (Economy Class)

              Children = RM 36.00/trip/person
